How long does a ready to ship product take?
All ready to ship products are immediately available for shipping. These products will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days.
How long will a made to order product take?
All made to order products are crafted within 1-2 weeks. These orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of order production being completed
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
While Society Influenced is no longer responsible for your order after shipping, we do our best to take care of our customers! If for some reason your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Make sure to take pictures or screenshots when available for damage claims.
Do you take custom orders?
YES! While you are currently able to place a custom order for glass etched items through our site, we are also open to custom commission projects! No idea is too big to try! Send us an email with your idea to start the conversation today!
What kind of materials do you use?
Our candles are handcrafted from soy wax. All etched items are made from 100% glass. Epoxy resin has been fully cured before shipping. All products are safe for their intended use unless otherwise stated on product or product listing.
